AKG Makine manufactures a blasting cabinet granule collection unit, a system that enables the recovery of granules used during the sandblasting process. This system transports granules via airflow, filters them, and then transfers them back into the blasting tank. This allows the granules to be reused and reduces the need to purchase new material.

AKG BLASTING POTS & SILOS

AKG Makine blasting pots and abrasive silos are CE-certified and fully tested.

Blasting pots can be manufactured from 50 liters to 16 tons capacity.

They can be manual or automatic depending on your usage area and abrasive type. Automatic units can be remotely controlled and are supplied with steel grit valves. Abrasive silos can be produced manually with up to four outlets.

CABINET TYPE SANDBLASTING MACHINES

Our cabinet sandblasting machines are economical and versatile equipment suitable for various applications using different abrasives. The cabinets are made of sheet metal and coated with impact- and scratch-resistant oven- baked liquid paint. They feature dual-side opening doors for ergonomic use. Both the cabinet interior and door interiors are coated with wear-resistant rubber material. Doors are reinforced with special gaskets to ensure complete sealing.

The front section includes two glove ports with long-lasting sandblasting gloves and a wide viewing window with replaceable glass.

On the right side, features such as a mobile stand and wheeled rotary table are available.

The compressed air circuit includes components from an oil and water trap filter to a pressure regulator with gauge and a foot-controlled protected pedal valve. A long-life boron carbide blasting nozzle is included at delivery.
